Nugent Golf Inc. is a full service Golf Course Architectural firm
with over 40 years combined experience in the golf course industry. As demonstrated from
our projects and staff resumes, we are fully qualified to execute the requirements of any
golf course development project. In addition, Nugent Golf Inc. uses Microstation software
to provide clients with state-of-the-art digital design and engineering services.
At Nugent Golf we take great pride in the quality of our work. We
believe that we produce some of the most complete and accurate construction documents in
the golf course design industry. It is our experience and ingenuity that results in the
creation of outstanding designs. Using Intergraph's ModelView software, we have the
ability to input our plans, view them in 3-D, analyze and modify them to assure that our
plans correctly convey our design intent. Accurate quantity estimates are then performed
directly from the data in the computer, and the resulting cost estimates are completed. At
this point, the cost estimate is compared with the budget and any necessary modifications
to the design are made to assure that the budget is adhered to. We assist the client in
the bidding process, so that the client receives the best possible bids from the largest
number of qualified contractors. Prior to construction, the contractor can be provided
with 3-D photo quality pictures of the golf holes he is to build, thus greatly reducing
the need for change orders in the field.
